[Terms and Conditions]

1. Session Retainer - The session retainer is nonrefundable. Total Session Fee is $225+tax. Retainer of $100 is required to book. Remaining balance due on session date. The nonrefundable session retainer will be transferable to a later date in the event circumstances occur beyond the client's control (ie illness, unavoidable weather events). If client cancels a rescheduled session more than one (1) time, the fee is then forfeited, nonrefundable and nontransferable at that time.

2. Files Delivered - Anna T. Photography may capture many images during your session, but Client will see only those images carefully selected by the photographer in the gallery. Each finished image is carefully edited by the photographer to ensure it aligns with the photographers creative style. No unedited images will be released under any circumstance. Basic and necessary touch-ups will be performed at the discretion of the photographer. The client will receive 10+ images to then be downloaded within approximately two weeks following session date.

3. Copyright and Reproductions - The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions, except where permission is granted to Client to make reprints from the images provided. Client has permission from Photographer to reproduce these images in what sizes they desire with what lab they choose, though I recommend ordering through your online gallery for professional prints. The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer.

4. Model Release - The Clients grant the Photographer consent to use the photographs of the Clients for promotional, editorial, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction; and to copyright the images.

5. Protection from loss and damage - Client agrees to hold Photographer harmless for any personal injury which may occur as the client poses or works with Photographer. Extreme care is always taken.

6. Due to the nature of photographic material, no refunds shall be given on the basis of client dissatisfaction.

7. Session will take place at a local garden/park. Client agrees to monitor their children to ensure no property is damaged or mishandled.
